I started this Chloe carter because I've always been passionate about fashion, and I'm proud to finally share that passion with others.

Every piece is made using a mix of second-hand fabrics, deadstock materials, and new fabrics.

I believe great clothing can be both unique and more mindful of the resources we use. My goal is to create one of a kind pieces that people feel proud to wear while feeling comfortable and confident in them.
